In many instances, legal services can be rendered for a flat fee.  This often provides comfort to clients in quantifying their investment in legal services up front.  The current fee schedule for the most common services is set forth below:

Other Matters                                        Fees for other legal services are charged at the rate of $150 per hour.

* Fees are current as of 04-09-2009 and are subject to change.  Quoted fees are for typical matters and are subject to increase depending upon the particular facts of a given situation.  Fees do not include court costs, governmental filing fees, and other expenses of representation, which are charged at cost with no additional mark-up.  The quoted $99 seller’s fee is conditioned on the purchase of title insurance through Alvin M. Foreman as  title insurance agent.  Otherwise, the seller’s fee is $350.
