In many instances, legal services can be rendered for a flat fee. This often provides comfort to clients in quantifying their investment in legal services up front. The current fee schedule for the most common services is set forth below:

Client Meetings $150/hr
If you retain me as your attorney, your fees paid for the initial client meeting will be credited against future invoices.
Estate Planning $150 One (1) Power of Attorney $250 Two (2) Powers of Attorney $350 Land Trust $350 Simple Will (incl. Powers of Atty)
$700 Will w/ Testamentary Trust $950 Living Trust
A 50% discount is offered on a second will or trust prepared for a couple.
Probate Matters $150/hr Probate Estates $350 Small Estate Affidavit
Residential Real Estate Closings $100 Sellers $350 Purchasers
A 10% discount on the total fees is offered when both selling and buying.
Business Entity Formations $350 Corporations $350 Limited Liability Companies
Other Matters Fees for other legal services are charged at the rate of $150 per hour.
* Fees are current as of September 20, 2009 and are subject to change. Quoted fees are for typical matters and are subject to increase depending upon the particular facts of a given situation. Fees do not include court costs, governmental filing fees, and other expenses of representation, which are charged at cost with no additional mark-up. The quoted $100 Sellers' fee is conditioned on the purchase of title insurance through Alvin M. Foreman as title insurance agent. Otherwise, the seller’s fee is $350.
